1. Remove all packing materials.

Before first use:

2. Clean the device and the plastic attachments with a slightly damp cloth and let dry.

Slow cook, Soup, Porridge, Cake function:

PLEASE NOTE THE POT FIRST NEEDS TO REACH THE NEEDED TEMPERATURE BEFORE THE COUNTDOWN STARTS.

4. Once you are happy with your settings press the Start Button (14).

The amount of rice should be added as the table shown below. Please make sure to use the measuring cup provided with the device. If

the cup is not available you can first put the desired amount of rinsed rice and add water. The water level above the rice should

be around 3 cm.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

1. Unplug the device from the mains power socket.

2. Press the MENU button (13) until the White or brown rice indicator light (4,5) turns on (9).

Please consult page 4 of the manual for detailed amount of rice to water ratio. Both brown and white rice use same ammount of water

and rice

1. Fill the pot with water and rice as the below table suggests. (Please note that best result is achieved by firstly rinsing the rice in cold

water until the water is clear. It will make the rice less starchy and not to clump together.)

4. Once the cooking is finished the (Warm/Cancel) (1) indicator light will turn on.

RICE COOKING:

Detailed info for the settings are presented on page 4 of the manual.

1. Press the MENU button (13) until the Slow cook, Soup, Porridge, Cake indicator light turns on (6,9,10,11)

4. Press the Start button (14).

You can also delay the start of the cooking by pressing the Delay (12) button. And adjust the cooking time by pressing the + (2) and –

(3) button. (function does not work for Rice programs (Fine cook, Quick cook)

5. Once the program ends the Warm/Cancel indicator will turn on and the device enters the Keep warm mode.

5. Please note the device first has to heat up to desired temperature before starting countdown.

You can change the default cooking time by pressing the + (2) and – (3) button.

Please note that Cooking rice is controlled by the device directly. And cannot be controlled by the user.

After cooking is done, for best effect after the device is finished cooking. Open the lid and stir the rice to fluff it up. Close the lid for 10

minutes and let the rice to rest.

Please note that the Cake program is for Egg based cakes. Not for yeast dough based ones.

NONE OF THE PARTS ARE DISHWASHER SAFE

3. Remove the inner pot and using water, sponge or soft cloth to clean it.

4. Please note that the device body should not get wet. Only the inner pot should be cleaned with water. For the rest of the device please

use a damp cloth.

2. Allow the device to cool inside and outside.
